Cancellation Policy (นโยบายการยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อ)
• Orders are confirmed once payment has been completed.
• Cancellations after payment are not available.
• If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible before the order is dispatched.
• คำสั่งซื้อจะสมบูรณ์เมื่อมีการชำระเงินเรียบร้อยแล้ว
• ไม่สามารถยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อหลังการชำระเงินสำเร็จ
• หากต้องการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่อยู่จัดส่ง กรุณาติดต่อ Mu En โดยเร็วที่สุดก่อนที่สินค้าจะถูกจัดส่ง
Return & Refund Policy (นโยบายการคืนสินค้าและคืนเงิน)
• Mu En accepts returns in the following cases only:
1. The product arrives damaged or defective due to delivery.
2. The product received is not the item you ordered.
• Customers must notify us within 7 business days of receiving the item and provide photo evidence.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and with full packaging.
• Returns are not accepted for: o Change of mind o Wrong size, color, or model chosen by the customer o Damage caused by improper use
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
• Mu En รับคืนสินค้าเฉพาะกรณีดังต่อไปนี้เท่านั้น
1. ได้รับสินค้าที่ชำรุดหรือเสียหายจากการขนส่ง
2. ได้รับสินค้าที่ไม่ตรงกับที่สั่งซื้อ
• ลูกค้าต้องแจ้งปัญหาภายใน 7 วันทำการ หลังจากได้รับสินค้า พร้อมแนบหลักฐานเป็นรูปถ่าย
• สินค้าต้องอยู่ในสภาพใหม่ ไม่ผ่านการใช้งาน และมีบรรจุภัณฑ์ครบถ้วน
• บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่รับคืนในกรณี
o เปลี่ยนใจ o เลือกขนาด สี หรือรุ่นผิดเอง o ความเสียหายที่เกิดจากการใช้งานไม่ถูกวิธี
• การคืนเงิน (ถ้ามี) จะดำเนินการผ่านช่องทางที่ลูกค้าใช้ชำระเงิน ภายใน 7–14 วันทำการ หลังจาก บริษัทได้รับและตรวจสอบสินค้าแล้ว
